It’s not a lock. It is probably replacing a lock. They are just regular lugs but taller than the normal subbie ones.

Subaru dealer in Cherry Hill, NJ gave me my car back with both front wheels like this and a half bolted in passenger seat. Never again.

It’s not loose. Those lugs are just twice as tall as the stock ones.

It was in addition to. The passenger seat was being serviced for a wonky seat heater, don’t know if they had to do anything for airbag recall as well but still...
